Dad's Preworkout is designed to be used with water. The flavor is a slightly sour beet flavor with a few grams of natural sugar from the beet powder. It tastes better than you think! If you would like to add some natural sweetness add a teaspoon of honey. If you are not watching your sugar intake, mixing with an electrolyte beverage works as well!
