Product may settle in transit, you may need to shake the bag occassionaly. Only intended for healthy adults aged 18 and older. Beta-Alanine may cause a tingling feeling - start with one scoop to determine tolerance. Mix well with a beverage of your choice as product may form small clumps.

Dad's Preworkout is designed to be used with water. The flavor is a slightly sour beet flavor with a few grams of natural sugar from the beet powder. It tastes better than you think! If you would like to add some natural sweetness add a teaspoon of honey. If you are not watching your sugar intake, mixing with an electrolyte beverage works as well!
